    One of my very favorite vegetables. Very vibrant and tasty. Just trying my hand at your pepper jelly. I'm experimenting with peach and jalapeno. Your grilling suggestions have gotten me rave reviews. Pairing peppers with other vegetables has become a regular meal pleaser. From mushrooms to asparagus to spaghetti squash to roasted garlic to baked kale chips to polenta and shrimp and salmon my recipes have come alive with flavor with your help.
